Event rules

  • The entire site is a fenced-in private area. The organiser, United Big Game GmbH, has domiciliary rights during the event.
  • As the United Big Game is a closed event, participation requires a valid ticket in conjunction with an event wristband. The event wristband must be worn visibly on the wrist. A loose handover is not possible.
  • From the time an event wristband is purchased, there is accident insurance cover on the event site. This only applies to the currently valid event wristbands. Without a valid event wristband, entering and staying on the event grounds is prohibited. Within the scope of the domiciliary rights, the organiser, United Big Game GmbH, is entitled to expel such persons from the premises.
  • Professional security personnel will be responsible for security and order throughout the event. They are marked accordingly. Stewards, event management and security personnel are authorised to give instructions. Instructions must always be followed.
  • Driving on the event site is at your own risk.
  • Walking speed applies throughout the grounds.
  • The use of the parking spaces is at your own risk.
